Why is it that I'm happier without friends
Post Body

Recently got dropped by friends(a couple) who dropped me because of a depressive episode back in July, I was told by them to surround myself around people then I may be a but more happier, they cut me off. Ironic right lol. But it seems I'm happier without friends like my emotions depend less on people....I have work friends and I'm pretty social there but now that I know outside of work I have no one to talk to I just do my own thing. I've took on more hobbies such as the gym and gaming and I'm happier. I'm scared I'm taking in too may hobbies and task.... and the lack of friends will hurt me when a depressive episode hits, is it unhealthy that I am isolating myself?
