I have had generalised anxiety ever since I recovered from the nervous breakdown I had after my father died when I was 13. And the psychiatrist had said that while I don't have depression, I have a personality with depressive tendencies caused by the anxiety. Now, I am 24, and just a month ago there was a death in the family of a major person and everything is shaky for me personally. My generalised anxiety has morphed into depression and apathy, which is causing me more anxiety and what is worse is I have exams in a few weeks. I need to collect my emotions and I need someone to give some advice.... I am desperate. Please.
