Anyone else have mainly physical symptoms of depression? I suffer tension headaches, I feel a lot of pressure around my head and a general feeling of physical numbness there. That's my main complaint in regards to my condition. I've had this for 3 years ever since I was diagnosed with depression. I don't really suffer too much from the emotional side of this illness.

Anyone else can relate to this? Any tips to deal with tension headaches or know which antidepressant can alleviate them? I currently take 25 mg of Zoloft and 15 mg of Remeron. The Zoloft resolved my motivation and energy issues, but the tension headaches still remain. I am currently testing out Remeron for it but they make me drowsy/tired most of the day and I don't feel any improvements.
