Hugs. I love you all!

I feel terrible. I spoke with my psychologist and she is agreeing with my plans. She may change my meds again if my depression does not improve. I feel so lonely and hopeless. Hugs. My birthday was lonely. At least my mom got me a nice gift. I love her! I miss birthday parties! The food the company! The gifts!
