What words do mental health patients use amongst ourselves that don't translate well to 'normal' people?

I've noticed sometimes when I talk to people about whats going on I get kind of jargon-y and people don't always understand. I don't really catch myself doig it though.. What are some words we use amongst ourselves we should replace with something else when talking to 'normal' people? I know trigger is one a lot people don't get.
