DAE ever think they might get better if they had a friend?

I am not talking about friends on Facebook or people who are never there. I am talking about someone who knows all of you and still is there by your side. Someone to eat Ben and Jerry`s with and just laugh and cry together. I just had ovarian and uterine surgery and had a extreme side effect with my pain meds and antidepressants. So I called 2 people who have been telling me to let them know if I need anything, I called to see if they could drive me to e.r. Not one answered or called me back. I ended up having a huge panic attack in my bathroom. So I just want to know am I the only one who just wants an honest and true friend???
