How do I deal with anxiety and depression without medication?

I’ve tried various forms of medication in the past, none of which ever helped in the slightest. After a liver scan with my doctor, both he and my old psychiatrist agreed that it would not be possible for me to continue taking medication. My psychiatrist discharged me a few months ago, claiming I had gotten better (I hadn’t in the slightest), and he did not give me any techniques to manage my anxiety, depression and psychosis.

Now, I feel completely lost and too overwhelmed to cope with it all. What does anyone here do to deal with these things naturally without medication?
