I just get used to the hunger and when I eat an actual meal it feels bad, idk how to describe the feeling but yeah.
I just drink water/tea and eat random snacks, I recently went 2days with no meals and I know it's really bad but idk I just didnt feel like eating.
what could I do to have appetite, im scared of losing too much weight since im already quite skinny and I think im starting to lose hair due to malnutrition.
I feel like im slowly dying, I just feel bad and exhausted all the time so I dont feel hungry because of it (I think?). I wanna get a mixer and make myself nurishing shakers to help me get some calories and also buy some vitamins idk
