I don't know how to date anymore.

I'm over a year out of my 6 year relationship and I have absolutely no luck with the dating apps, and I don't know how to do the bar scene, even with a wingman, and I just don't know what to do anymore. I want to find a partner to bring home to my daughter, but even if I meet someone they just treat me like a piece of meat and just want to have sex and that's it. I'm nearing the end of my rope and honestly the bad thoughts are starting to come back... I'm sorry... I just don't know what I should do...
