Advice on managing depression
Post Body

Please let me know things you must do, to help regulate your depression. What keeps you moving? Or what keeps you hopeful?

I’ve started lexapro for a month and I’m starting to notice the depressed/anxious feelings I used to have seep back into my mind. This could also be from burnout as I’ve been overworking myself. The change from lexapro was slow but amazing, I didn’t realize how much it quieted my mind especially from those critical (debilitating) negative thoughts. I did start therapy but have only had one session within the last month as my life’s been too hectic.
