I’ve become completely convinced that everyone in my life secretly hates me - they are annoyed by me, they don’t really live me, they would rather I wasn’t here. I don’t know why this is happening, I know that it’s not true, but the feelings and the thoughts are so intense and overwhelming that it’s getting really hard not to believe it. What do I do?
