My "depression" (im putting it in quotes because it never got officially diagnosed but it checks every box, unsure what else to call it) just doesnt go away, often i feel like it does get much better, but then realize I'am simply distracted for periods.
i have this since 2021 now, and every time i think it gets better, i get suckerpunched back into reality after I stop being distracted.
It possibly even got worse, or at least changed up a bit, i went from self punishment like sleeping on the floor to straight up tries of cutting myself (didnt work out luckily because i dont have razor blades)
Anyways, thanks for reading I just wanted to get this thought out here, everyone who read it has my blessing
