I went to the doctors today and I saw a different doctor due to the regular one being away and I was speaking to the guy and I told him I have been feeling really sad and depressed due to my break up and it’s my first break up and explained I have been struggling to sleep and the thing they gave me hasn’t been working and I’m losing motivation and feeling worse than before and the guy told me that I should just get a new gf or have a one night stand like wtf ye that’s so easy just get a new gf which for one takes a long time and the one night stand is just mad I don’t care for meaningless sex I want love how does any of this advice help me I want to start working but atm I’m struggling to sleep which doesn’t make it easy for me to find work or if I get a job I won’t be able to wake up for that so I’m trying to sort that before I move on to work and make some self improvements.
