For a week I've been thinking about ending my life and was sure I would be able to. So, last Friday I printed out the bye letter I had written and sent a text to my friends about how I appreciated them, but decided to end my life, however, I was not able to. All I had to do was jump, but could not and just stood there for about 30 mins thinking. In the end, I didn't do it because I thought life could get better. I will be seeking admission into a mental hospital to get better and putting college off, again. Last semester I had to do an academic withdrawal because of depression and was foolish to think I can enter school again the next semester like nothing ever happened. So, I hope I will be able to get help and go back to college and finish it.
So, I wonder, has anyone been to therapy or a mental hospital and came out better and was able to get their life straight? If so, can you please tell me your story. Thanks.
