maybe i’m too good at pretending, or i need better friends..

i feel like i can’t tell anyone how i really feel. any time i try to tell a friend how i feel they don’t know what to say or do to help. i feel super isolated, and like i’m just going through the motions of life..
i probably just need a good cry. i wish everything wasn’t so hard.
