What's the first step to getting help with depression?

I'm 24m. I have no pcp. I've never scheduled a doctor's appointment in my life. I haven't even seen a doctor in over a decade. I feel like the first thing I need to do is find a doctor, but I have no idea where to start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
