brain fog & stuttering

Can anyone share what helps them with brain fog (my brain feels like it’s lagging sometimes when I get overwhelmed, like I’ll be mid-sentence and my brain just goes blank and I stutter a lot or completely forget what I was saying). It’s really frustrating and I can’t seem to find a way to help it as I don’t know when it’s about to happen
