depression vs sex less

How do you know if your depression is controlling your sex drive? I've been thru so much the last few years and I am really working on myself. But lately I have no interest in sex other than sextexting . I'm single so not really a big issue for anyone but me . But I don't know if it's depression or it's me seeing sex in a new light or both .
