(M54) I need someone to chat with,tired of being depressed,I should be happy.

I remember as a child I was fairly happy,but had to move almost every year (army brat) so I ended up staying in my room and playing with cars instead of trying to make friends. As an adult,I've been depressed as long as I remember,but worse now. Tried anti depressants,but zombied me out.
I guess I could really use someone to chat with. Badly. I feel like crying I'm so depressed,and I'm a fairly masculine man. I just need someone to talk with me. Please.
