Is it normal to have expended all emotions to the point of being a blank slate on the outside while emotionally dying on the inside?
Post Body
The title kinda asks it all... I've been having a lot of trouble with depression/really crappy people but because I don't show emotions my brain tells me "stop faking it" and then I get scared that others will think that I'm faking it... Especially since most guys who are struggling with things lile this are turned away simply BECAUSE they're guys and it's still apparently normalized to tell men to suck it up.
