Post Body

This got no response on r/boulderlist, so I'm taking a stab at reposting here.

Hello everyone, my partner (32F), has Elers-Danlos, high functioning (almost invisible, but very real) autism, chemical sensitivity (migraines from even very faint / mild oders), complex PTSD and POTS (bad circulation / fainting). She can't bend over or lift things, push a vacuum, or drive / get herself around town easily.

We're also working on getting her a service dog and will probably have a puppy to take care of / train in the next six-eight weeks and could likely use help with that as well.

She can't handle anything like scented cleaning products or people wearing perfume (including things like people who washed their clothes or hair with scented detergents / shampoos).

We're looking for someone to come over once or twice a week to help with things like cleaning, organisation, caring for house plants / garden prep and also maybe some grocery shopping and driving her around.

We had a couple great people to help us in California but we moved to Boulder in September and are having a REALLY hard time finding someone who's a good fit for her very specific needs.

EDIT to respond to points below: Yes, we're paying. We're not looking (at this point) for a professional nurse (though we wouldn't say no). Someone with caregiver experience would be a plus, as would someone with professional house cleaning experience, as would someone who grew up with an autistic sibling or who has taken care of a sick parent or grand parent.

We're not looking for someone full time, our budget isn't terrible but isn't humongous either. We're a single income with a twelve year old child part time.

We've had poor luck with professional services in the past. My partner has some very specific needs (and the kind of help she needs is varied), and we'd like to work with maybe someone trying to run their own house cleaning business or something, who can get to know her and how she operates.
