I'm looking to sublet my room from March-May. My current roommates prefer someone with a similar schedule to theirs. They are both grad students so someone who works full time or is a grad student is preferred. Rent would be $600/month ($1800 total) plus about $60/month for utilities. The house is very nice and you'd have your own bathroom and a big room. I would most likely be leaving a lot of stuff there so you would have a bed (if you buy your own mattress cover and sheets to use), a desk, bookcase, night stands, vanity, etc.

My roommate has a service dog so if you have a pet it has to get along with her dog.
