Hey guys, I'm looking for one roommate in a three bedroom home. I can write out most of the details but if you have questions, please PM me. I am 21F in pharmacy school and originally from New York. I am looking for male or female. The house is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and newly renovated on the inside. It has a large fenced backyard also. The outside and grass need some work but overall not a bad place. The living room is very spacious and the kitchen is big and has new appliances. There is a washer/dryer in unit. The available bedroom is not too big but compared to "older" Denver homes, it is a decent size. The closet is not that big but the current tenant has an free-standing closet she uses now. You and one other roommate share a bathroom and a boy and a girl share it now and there are no problems. Rent is $1800/month, so about $600/month/person. Utilities range from $30-70/month/person. Water is paid for by the landlord and we only have internet, no cable. The tenants now (and hoping for next year) are students so it is easier to pay rent in chunks. We paid 6 months and then 6 months this past year and our landlord discounted rent to $1700/month instead. I have a small dog and the other new roommate will have a service dog.
