Hey! In an effort to grow some of our revenue for projects, my HOA is opening up some of its guest parking for rent to neighboring building residents. If anyone in the Cap Hill/Cheesman Park neighborhood is looking for an off-street spot (12 month lease), please reach out.

The spots are located in a non-gated, non-covered lot. There are four spots available - each will be individually leased. There is a CCTV security system watching the lot, but the HOA would not be liable for any damages or theft in the event of any issues. The lease as mentioned above is for 12 months. The rate is $200 per month.

The lot is located one block from Cheesman Park. You do not need to live in the neighborhood to rent a spot.
