Question - if I live in an apartment building on the second floor and someone’s water heater broke on the 4th floor cause me and the apartment above me’s ceiling to leak for prob like 6 hrs screwing up the drywall is that cause for mold concern? I asked maintenance and he seemed to just think he’d redrywall once my ceiling dried up. So I’m just making sure that sounds right 🤷🏽♀️😅 May just need that free estimate if not? …. Thanks in advance!
