Chicken and Broccoli with brown sauce (Chinese food) recs?

I'm from NJ/east-coast and am used to chicken and broccoli coming with an oyster sauce based brown sauce when I order Chinese takeout (yes, I'm basic what can I say). I've tried a bunch of different Chinese restaurants local to Westminster and nothing seems to come close to what I'm used to. They all tend to come with a light colored sauce that doesn't match the flavor of what I'm used to. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and have any recommendations? Willing to drive anywhere in the Denver-area.
