Breasts are incredibly responsive to touch on bot a sensual and physiological level. A breast grows to meet the stimulus. Breast play (both self play and from a partner) improves blood circulation, elasticity, composition, structural health, composition, and often times sensitivity and sensuality.

Breasts benefit from growth and nourishment when massaged or played with. With just 20-30 minutes of massage or play, breasts can enlarge temporarily half to a full cup in some cases. This is due to the increased blood flow and the elasticity response to expressing range of motion in the breasts. The elasticity improvement makes the breasts fuller, firmer, and perkier. Over time, these sessions of growth prime the breasts to grow a little larger. It can also be deeply relaxing and regulating.
