I just entered new game plus yesterday, before that I was farming an official for hours on the first playthrough and did not get one, I’ve gotten two just normally playing new game plus though, do the drop chances increase in later cycles?
Edit: I got another one 30 minutes after running through 1st arch stone, rng has blessed me.
