how do u tell if you are falling or the person or just the scene or what is happening ?
Post Body

i am a demi generally but like once in a very long while i experience kinda like fall in love at the first glance scenario.

like during the weekend i randomly met someone from reddit out of the blue (we commented on the same post about ballet). We chat a bit and found we vibed and then we met up and went to a musical together and we had a good time.

After that we just went back to our ordinary lives, but i do feel like i kinda develop a crush on her (for our shared interests etc.), which is quite a rare case for me.

It was almost ages ago that I had that feeling for someone and actually it was in a similar scenario like i randomly met someone online and found our shared interests and values and then "fall for her". At that time I did not really follow that feeling (as I thought I would have needed more time for it), thou later on as we became closer friends, we did found we did have mutual feeling thou it just never worked out as we never expressed it. - and now I am thinking whether it's possible that the history just repeats itself ?

I think the problem I have for these scenarios is that I am not sure how "real" those feelings are. Like whether I am really "falling in love" with the person I met, or I just have a thing for randomly meeting like-minded people like "Before Sunrise" - thou I do meet other people online but hardly any of them gives me those feelings.

TLDR: when you meet someone and fall for them, how would you tell you are "loving" them but not "loving" the things you guys are doing or the "situations" that you guys are in

- not sure if it's like situationship actually lol

thanks
