questions for upcoming BOS to FCO

Hey all as title says I have upcoming travel from BOS to FCO and had two questions

There is a travel advisory that all international flights are using terminal E. There is no delta skyclub in terminal E but there is an Air France lounge. Will I be able to access that lounge? I am platinum medallion and have a reserve card and will be traveling with a companion.
This isn't necessarily a delta question but I know there are lots of seasoned travelers here Upon arrival in FCO we are heading straight to Naples by train. We scheduled to arrive at 730am. The train I want to take is 930am, it is a new direct service they have from FCO to Naples with no transfer at termini. Is that enough time to get our bags, get through passport/customs, and maybe grab a sim card in the airport?
