Future booking now shows 10k miles cheaper

I have a trip booked in November to St Lucia I paid with miles and later upgraded the atl to uvf and then the uvf to atl legs of the trip. One way was done with miles and the other was paid in cash (I didn’t have enough miles). I was looking at the flights tonight and they show 10k cheaper per ticket.

Can I call and have an adjustment made? Will I have cancel and rebook? If so, the upgrades to C for the middles legs going to and from UVF only cost $50 each is it worth going through rebooking and possibly losing the c upgrade?
