Has anyone else noticed the amount of sky club staff that just casually stand around eating, drinking, making coffee while they’re on shift? I see it a lot at DFW, JFK & LGA. Personally it doesn’t bother me a whole bunch, but it’s definitely not a good look for the company. Especially when it’s busy and you have to wait for an employee monopolising the coffee machine etc. As someone who came from hospitality in another life, this behaviour would’ve warranted warnings and possible dismissal for repeated offences.
