My work friend just recieved an invite for a call for this Friday with the subject "aging bench call, from OP lead." She is on PIP from last year, recently staffed, and recently recieved low performance this current snapshot cycle. She has a 85% utilization.

Is she being fired? Or something else? She recieved the routine don't be benched call from OP lead just last week.

Update: she emailed the OP Lead directly stating that she is currently staffed and requesting confirmation of this call. The OP Lead responded saying that it was a mistake.

She made an appointment with IMHS. These type of "mistakes" messed up her whole day due to worry and anxiety.
