Hi,

Man, this is a bit weird. I’m hoping to make some friends around my age or possibly older (can be younger too, but I don’t have the energy to binge drink or do all nighters). I’m looking for mellow folks who get excited about small stuff and are really passionate about whatever it is that they do. That, however, shouldn’t mean you’re too loud. An old man like me cannot bear that much strain on my ear drums.

General stuff about me: I’m an editor at a publishing house and I’m also a (yet unpublished) writer. So bookworms and ink-drinkers will fit in perfectly with me. My entire life revolves around books. I’m also into history and historical monuments. Love talking about everything from the Paleolithic to the 19th century. I’m equally interested in astronomy, but considering the air in Delhi, I think that’s about as meaningful a hobby as making vegan honey. Also, 420 friendly (not a prerequisite for said friend, though)

So, that’s me in a vague nutshell. I hope I can make some friends and maybe find some joy and company. I like discussing about almost everything under the sun and there are very few things that I take as red flags. Actually, there’s just one: I’m a leftist. I can totally understand if you’re not enthused about activism; I’m not much of a political activist myself. But I can’t bear to be around right wing nuts and people who like to call themselves apolitical. Our worldviews are so disparate, that there’d be a very low chance of finding common ground. That’s about it.
