Privacy and Security Benchmarks with DeGoogled Android?

Post Body

I'm doing a university research comparing DeGoogled OSs to stock Google-ified Android.
I'm aiming to compare things like the less power-draw, less background apps, as well as security/privacy features superior in graphene or /e/ OS, etc.
I'm pretty much a noob in security and privacy but I was wondering if anyone has any ideas to drop them here.
Most importantly, if anyone has any idea of fun benchmarks or comparisons I can make, by installing a certain app and seeing the effect through both OSs perhaps or show how DeGoogled OSs would protect me from something stock Google otherwise wouldn't.

Basically I appreciate any help I can get on the matter.

Thank you!!
