Transferring App Data - Old to New Phone

I have recently bought a new phone, and want to transfer all the data from the apps from my old samsung phone on to my new motorola phone without having to use google file transfer.
I think I have tried every method available that I can find, including trying to import from an SD card, but I only seem to get partial results.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?
