don't trust em. although i was more of an apple guy, i was google beforehand. i understand why people use em. very convenient. if they didn't collect the data that they do, i probably wouldn't have abandoned them. although i do still use google maps 
but sparsely. other than that, i've mostly abandoned google and apple.
