7 days caffeine free
Post Body

Last week i decided to detox myself from caffeine, supposed to be a 7 days detox but i can see many benefits so i am thinking to prolong this detox on 30 days.

One of the reason why i stopped drinking coffee, coke and sometimes monster because i couldn't control myself , and very easily slipping from 1 cup a day to 2 or more.

Even one cup of day have big influence on my anxiety and depression. Also caffeine interact with my truffle micro dosing.

In last 7 days - better and deeper sleep, falling a sleep easily

-more tune into my body

- more calm, relaxed and aware of my body

- deeper meditation

- deeper connection with colleagues

First few days i had horrible headache, dizziness, and anxiety pain in my chest. Now on the 7 day i feel much more clearer in all aspects.

Friend of mine suggest me to drink caffeine with l theanine, but in the past that bring me again to regular drinking coffe.

Mind is tricky and now saying how i can drink again coffee, this is telling me that i have addiction towards coffee. In the morning really miss smell of coffee and taste of it. I never drink on empty stomach and it was always 2 hours after waking up so that doesn't interrupt with my cardiac rhythm .

I will prolong my detox on 30 days and see how it goes. Last time i started to fell really down and depressed after 20 days of caffeine detox so i went back to it slowly. How did you manage downsides ?
