Caffeine, please advise me.
Post Body

I stopped drinking coffee 5 weeks ago. It was too much for me I, can't control myself and stay on only one cup per day.

When I am disciplined and drinking only a cup[ in the morning 2 hours after waking up, I can feel more benefits, and it's very useful. After i while I am starting to mess up with caffeine, so my intake goes up to 3 cups, my sleep is disturbed, my anxiety on a higher level, and more aggressive thoughts.

Because of all of that, I decide just to stop all caffeine intake because I see I don't have control over it. The first 2 weeks caffeine-free were amazing, my sleep was much deeper, in the morning I was fresher, and at work, I could feel myself more in the body and control...

I thought that's great!" I would never drink coffee again. After 2 weeks I started to feel stress and anxiety again in some situations at work, and now 35 days later I have a strong urge to drink coffee again.

Anybody has a similar experience. Should I give myself that one cup in the morning or it is better to stay away completely? How long does it take for this mental feeling of addiction to vanish? I read some people saying at least 2 weeks, and some saying it can last for years....It is true that can last for years in my opinion that's not a caffeine issue it's something else.

2 years ago I was drinking coffee with l-theanine but that didn't last long, I read that is good to mix with ashwagandha? In which ratio are you taking and how?

Please write your experience going on/off caffeine, your feelings, and your time period.
