I had a good run: 86 days coffee-free (I had caffeinated drinks about 7 times during my ban - green tea and sugar-free Red Bull).
I tried coffee twice over the last 2 days. My gut hasn't healed yet. I'm still getting bloated from coffee. I need to exclude coffee from my diet for a long time until my gut is healed.
But I'm proud of my progress. This was the longest I've gone without coffee over the last 4 years! I thought I would be disappointed about falling off the wagon but I'm learning to be my forgiving to myself, less critical.
