So I’m just checking in again. Lol, without caffeine is a struggle! I think caffeine was a crutch cos I have an iron/B vitamin deficiency. Going to the doctor about it next week tho to get my results to see how bad it is.

I had decaf yesterday thinking it was 100% caffeine free till I was told here it wasn’t so today I made a warm protein shake. Might sound wear but just the act of drinking something milky, sweet and warm is really comforting!
I did have anxiety and chest pains still cos that’s who I am as a person lol and was so tired and out of it but no stomach burning! Surprised the mini chocolate eggs I ate didn’t burn my stomach but they didn’t! I needed the sugar to pep me up and it did for a bit!
Going to get an infuser and make a tea-free chai with just purely the spices and see how that goes. Might experiment with some stuff. I need a hot cup of something!
How long did it take others to start to feel better?
