Had a tooth pulled, no caffeine, no nicotine, and now I'm in hell.

Getting slammed with caffeine withdrawl, nicotine withdrawl, on top of the pain from the surgery. Everything mega sucks right now. How do you cope with the headaches? Pain pills aren't touching it.
