No Energy Drinks for a whole week. Well if anything, somehow I have made it through a week of anxiety, and unrest.
Each Day seems to last long as I got through it.
The symptoms that still hit hard are massive anxiety that follows me throughout the day, which makes me unable to have an appetite, my nostrils seems congested which makes the feeling of breathing harder than they seem.
For the Insomnia a friend recommended Valerian Root as opposed to Melatonin. I barely tried it yesterday when I woke up at night(Though this time I will take it before bed)
I have to thank this reddit for encouraging me because the thought “This is your new life” always creeps in because sometimes one day seems the same as the last.
I also couldnt make it through without my boyfriend who has stayed with me and slept over to take care of me through sleepless nights. I know its barely a week and its been hell. I still feel the same at work, anxiety kinda stops my productivity.
I dont even crave energy drinks at all, I despise looking at them. I dont even crave caffeine. These symptoms dont make a good mix with me being an overthinker. But I cant wait for one day for this to be over as hopeless as it seems
