So Caffeine Withdrawal hit me really badly in the anxiety and insomnia department. Its Day 5 barely of caffeine withdrawal and while things seem slightly better, there are times I slip into being anxious and emotions heightened. At this point my anxiety is driven by never getting back to normal. Its effected me at work and I wake up at sleep not being able to go back to sleep and stay up really anxious. My Mother wants to take me to ER in case I have another night of waking up and panicking. I just need to know it will get better.
