Any runners here?
Post Body

I've been getting into running. Something I've noticed personally is that, when I'm drinking coffee, it seems like I'm unable to run longer distances. I get winded much faster, and I just have to stop sooner. Has anyone else noticed this?

It seems weird... over in the r/running sub, lots of people say they absolutely need coffee to go for a run... I don't get it honestly. It seems like my performance without coffee is much greater.

Thoughts?
