I've quit coffee before, and I go a while without having any... but somehow I forget that I get coffee burnout and want to quit... seems like it just happens in cycles I guess. I quit coffee for a while, things seem to go okay, and then for some reason I get back into it. It seems programming is what draws me back in to the black juice, or even just from being tired at work, for whatever reason I'll get back on the black juice and then experience coffee burnout once again, and quit again... do any of you have that problem? Any suggestions on how to remember to stay off of it?
