I had spent one month caffeine free.
Last Saturday I drank a small cup of coffee.
On Sunday, I drank a cup of yerba mate tea and also ate dark chocolate (73% cacao).
After that, I've been having frequent urination. It's been almost a week now, and I'm still peeing a lot.
What worries me is that I have stopped drinking caffeine after Sunday, but the urge to pee still continues . Is this a consequence of caffeine or something entirely different?
Will it go away on its own?
Has anyone else been through a situation like this?
