I don’t know why but it’s almost like my blood is thinner was an adjustment but as my body started making more blood it really gave me the stable mood and even when I have been tired mentally it’s like I’m still okay and just started naturally eat more and eating better. I also lost my desire to drink and I use to be a drinker.

Has anyone quit caffeine and had a very easy time like me? I’ve quit caffeine before and those times were horrible. What do you guys think?
