Posted here before how I quit energy drinks(Used to drink daily to get through my morning work shift) because of anxiety and after being diagnosed with GAD earlier last year.
I been doing well in managing my anxiety and it has its up and downs in my life.
I been dealing with a bit of depression after leaving my job in December and being home, job searching.
Yesterday while watching TV my breathing was regular but it felt like if I wasnt getting enough oxygen and I just rode it out. Last night I woke up feeling same way and started panicking till I calmed down.
Throughout today I been feeling uneasy with the same feeling like I cant get enough air. My friend reassured me that its my anxiety and that I should be fine since last time I went to ER they found nothing and he suggests I should stop drinking Coca-Cola for meals as it still does include caffeine and to switch out for water and starting to exercise.
So thats the plan for now, seeing how different it will be after cutting Sodas with caffeine and getting more exercise daily
