Post Body

Hey all,

My company gives me a fairly lengthy amount of time off for christmas; I will have about a week and a half off. I've been drinking starbucks caramel macchiato (the pre-chilled espresso beverage you can buy in stores) every day for many years, just a couple glasses normally.

I've been considering quitting for a while, and with this 'winter break' I see an opportunity to quit it once and for all. How reasonable is it that I could use the time off work while I have no major obligations to quit cold turkey and just deal with the withdrawal symptoms - in other words, would i be 'recovered' enough that i can get through working when I go back in January?
